Artistic Style. On its own behalf, and on behalf of the subject:

Client acknowledges that it is familiar with the Photographer’s portfolio and is requesting Services with knowledge of the Photographer’s style; that Photographer’s work is constantly evolving; that Photographer’s services are of unique and artistic nature; that the photos may be different from photographs taken by the Photographer in the past; and that in creating the photos, the Photographer shall use his personal artistic judgement to create images consistent with his personal vision of the Event, which vision may be different from the Client’s and /or the Subject’s vision of the Event. Accordingly, Client acknowledges that the Photos shall not be subject to rejection on the basis of taste or aesthetic criteria.

關於藝術風格：客人必須確認他們已經熟悉攝影師之作品集及在了解攝影師之作品風格的前提下要求服務；同時必須接受其作品風格亦在不斷的演進中，亦了解到攝影師的服務具有獨特性和藝術性，故此照片可能與攝影師過去拍攝的照片不同。在創作照片時，攝影師會以其個人藝術判斷來創作符合其個人對該事件的視覺的影像，該視覺可能與客戶和／或被攝者對該事件的視覺不同。因此，客戶同意照片不應根據品味或美學標準而遭到客戶拒絕或任何原因的退回。
